ABOUT THE PROJECT

We are realizing this huge commitment, which is one of the most critical and voluminous urban transformation investments in the region, with the high level of technical discipline and operational efficiency of NESSA Construction. In the project, which was established on a large land area of 110,799 square meters in total and has a huge closed construction area of 171,091 square meters; There are 1,138 seismically safe residences. By applying advanced ground improvement systems and deep foundation piles against the risks of liquefaction in the ground, the soil bearing capacity has been increased even above international standards. In the reinforced concrete frame system, static rigidity has been brought to a perfect level by using C35 class high-strength concrete and B420C flexible structural steel.

On the other hand, in line with our sustainability principles and environmental policies, 55,400 square meters of the land is designed as a special landscape area that preserves ecological balance. The integrated electromechanical systems and smart infrastructure solutions of the project were solved digitally with zero error tolerance using 3D BIM (Building Information Modeling) technology. Managed by NESSA Construction's strict quality control mechanisms, this colossal work of 1,138 residences is the most unshakable proof of how high engineering jargon comes to life in the field

PROJECT DETAILS

In this giant construction operation of 171,091 square meters, which we carried out with high engineering standards, seismic safety and static resistance have been our main priority. First of all, ground improvement works were applied on a land area of 110,799 square meters and the soil-structure interaction was made the safest. Then, building loads were transferred to the ground homogeneously using raft foundation technology. Complex mechanical infrastructure, fire automation and HVAC systems are fully integrated into the static structure of 1,138 residences by passing 3D BIM conflict tests. In addition, the drainage and infrastructure systems of the 55,400 square meter landscape area are installed according to ecological standards. Thanks to our transparent management approach and OHS discipline, this mega contracting project continues with high-level operational success
