In this mixed-use structure, which integrates multi-story parking garages, wide-span social areas, landscaping, and water feature centers, NESSA Construction’s seismic isolator-supported structural design and 3D BIM (Building Information Modeling) clash detection tests were utilized. The hydrodynamic water pools and heavy steel-framed roofs, which required advanced engineering calculations, were constructed using materials with high corrosion resistance, strictly adhering to the zero-tolerance principle to maximize the structure’s service life.
This massive structure, which serves as a model particularly for construction research and academic studies, ensures flawless stability in its interaction with the ground through its raft foundation system and deep excavation support (shoring) systems. With a focus on the unique harmony between architectural aesthetics and structural strength, the transfer of heavy dynamic loads from the dense retail spaces to the foundation was calculated using advanced dynamic analysis methods. PROJECT DETAILS
As part of the Watergarden Shopping Mall project, we carried out a massive construction operation using our advanced engineering expertise and rigorous quality control processes. In the first phase, we completed deep ground improvement work using bored piles and jet grouting systems in accordance with the soil parameters of the Ataşehir region, adhering to a zero-defect principle.
